About me

I’m Sabrina Fiore, a Senior UI/UX Product Designer with nearly a decade of international experience bridging digital strategy and user experience. Originally from Bari, Puglia in Southern Italy, and professionally shaped by the creative energy of Barcelona, my path has been driven by the intersection of design, communication, technology, and curiosity.

With a Master’s in UX Strategy and a foundation in art direction, I see design as a strategic lever for business growth. I often work at the intersection of design and product management, helping teams define vision, align stakeholders, and structure complex ideas into clear, high-impact digital products.

I thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with designers, engineers, and leadership teams to ensure product decisions are both user-centred and commercially viable. Alongside design, I’ve developed strong experience in project coordination, translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with companies such as Accenture, TEDx, Fincons Group, Crealogix, Runroom, and Red Bull. These experiences have shaped my understanding of both high-level design thinking and the operational complexity behind building products at scale.

My approach is guided by empathy. I believe design is the bridge between human emotion and functional technology, and I’m committed to creating intentional, thoughtful experiences that foster meaningful connections between people and the products they use.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about cultural exploration. You’ll usually find me immersed in nature, staying active through sports, or behind a camera, continuing my ongoing research through photography.
